MASSAGE AND BODYWORK
The body is a tool that allows energy to flow, and it actually wants to regulate itself! Unfortunately, it is usually our mind, emotions, and habits that stand in the way; oftentimes, these blockages then manifest as physical symptoms.

The Chakras are vortices of spinning energy located in our body. When this energy is blocked, under active, or overactive, it can cause holistic dysfunction.
