EMPOWERMENT COACHING
Coaching is a collaborative and thought provoking process which inspires you to maximize your potential. We do this by liberating you from the narratives holding you back. Through this process, clients report feeling more empowered to be their authentic selves, and take positive action in their life. Let's rewrite the story of your life!
MASSAGE AND BODYWORK
The body is a tool that allows energy to flow, and it actually wants to regulate itself. Unfortunately, it's usually our mind, emotions, and habits that stand in the way; oftentimes, these blockages then manifest as physical symptoms.
With my bodywork sessions, you'll get back in touch with your body. This is done with massage therapy, mind-body exercises, and stretching. Through these modalities, you can relax as the stress and tension melts away.
CHAKRA BALANCING

The Chakras are vortices of spinning energy located in our body. When this energy is blocked, under active, or overactive, it can cause holistic dysfunction. With this service, I use Reiki, sound healing, essential oils and herbs, and crystals to bring your chakras back into balance. Check out my services to choose what's best for you!
Utilizing a combination of modalities, I create a holistic and ritualistic experience for YOU. This service is designed to help you shed those energies which are no longer serving you, and call forth what you want to manifest. Start by setting up a First Time Client Evaluation; from there, we will figure out what works best for you.
